Swimming and Water Rescue
The Swimming and Water Rescue training course has been added to the training calendar. If you are taking scouts in or on the water this summer, this is the course you want to take. This course is open to all registered Scouting adults who can demonstrate a knowledge of the fundamental strokes and can pass the BSA Swimmer test. Parts A, B and C of the Annual Health and Medical Record is required.
- May 4 – Friday evening classroom training at Council Office in Pleasant Hill
- May 13 – Sunday afternoon in-water practical training at Campolindo HS pool

Cost of course is $25. Late fee of $10 applied after April 29th. Required manual for the course is Aquatics Supervision and can be purchased at the East Bay Scout Shop.
